“It has been an excellent experience working with GAC LTD.
Contractual agreements were signed in November 2010 for the Project Management of our new offices in Paphos:
Two floor Office space of 350m2
Ground Floor: Divided into Reception Area, 5 individual Office Units,Kitchen & Toilets.
First Floor: Directors Office, one further Office Unit & Toilets.
Second Floor: GAC constructed an upper level.
They were responsible for all aspects of the project, the coordination, implementation and quality control of all the sub-contractors for the complete provision of: air conditioning & ventilation, electrical engineering, window/door installation, general building & metal contracting, ceiling & partitioning systems, signage and painting.
They had excellent communication and worked in perfect unison with our Architects ARCHICHOROS LTD. We are happy to say that we moved into our offices a week before schedule and it should be stated that we indeed felt fortunate to come across Akis, who really does possess incredibly effective man management skills, his composure under pressure is invaluable which results in putting the client at ease. He cares about both his customers and the project and that is a rare commodity to find.
I highly recommend GAC for their expertise in project management.”
