 Delivery Date Estimation:    

 15th Feb.  2011 we are on schedule to deliver 2 weeks early on the  30th Jan. 2011. 

 

GAC is in the process of undertaking the Project management of this 2 floor office of 350m2.                                                                                                                                           

 

Ground Floor:  Divided into Reception Area,  5 individual Office Units,  Kitchen & Toilets.

First Floor:       Directors Office, one further Office Unit & Toilets.

Second Floor:  GAC constructed an upper level with  ‘ I Beams’ for three future Office Spaces.

 

Our full Project Management co ordination & implementation responsibilities of the Interior Contracting included:

 

Mechanical Engineering:  Complete air conditioning system,

Electrical Engineering:     All wiring Installations including alarm systems.

Painting of all internal spaces.

Carpentry.  

Ceiling & Wall Partition Systems.
